Hamed Daly (Tunisia)

Hamed Daly is a professor of agricultural higher education in natural resources economics at the National Institute of Agricultural Research of Tunisia (l'Institut National de Recherche Agricole de Tunisie - INRAT) since 2012. He obtained his diploma in agriculture engineering from l'INAT (1988), a degree in water and forest engineering from the Ecole Nationale du Génie Rural, Eaux et Forêts (ENGREF), Paris (1990), and a Ph.D. in forest economics from the same school in 1995, where he started his career as a teacher-researcher in Forest Economics. He has worked as an expert for various international organizations (World Bank, FAO, GIZ, etc.). He is also appointed as an international expert for various institutions (IPBES, MEDWET) concerned with the economic valuation of natural resources. He has also published about a hundred scientific papers.
